All goods undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers, and we will properly pack all goods before delivery, especially for fragile items. In case of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered item, please inform us by email within 48 hours, and keep the goods with all packaging and receipt. We will offer exchange service if the proof is provided. All return or exchange items must be unused and in their original condition with the packaging box. Items will not be accepted if they have been used, damaged or altered in any way.
We will instruct you the address to ship back the product(s) by email. Please Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Séla is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
Also, we cannot provide refunds for Séla product purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on selaminerals.com may be returned for refund.
